Bill Birnbaum, CMC, is President of Birnbaum Associates, business strategy consultants. He works with clients to assure that their business strategy is based on sound, strategic thinking. 

Since 1984, Bill has published and edited Business Strategies Newsletter.  He’s the author of “If Your Strategy Is So Terrific, How Come it Doesn't Work?” (AMACOM, 1990) and “Strategic Thinking: A Four Piece Puzzle.” (Douglas Mountain Publishing, 2004).  He’s a frequent speaker at business association meetings and has served on the board of three high-growth corporations.
